2007: Acted as the primary front-end developer for EarthLink's Next Generation Portal. Contributed cutting-edge designs that heavily influenced the portal's final design. Implemented advanced JavaScript techniques in delivering innovative features such as the My Favorites module and the content Dock.
2006: Created the graphic design for the EarthLink Shopping Widget for Mac OS X. Also created the user interface and graphic design for the EarthLink Shopper. Handled markup duties for the EarthLink Reader and TV Listings sites. Created prototypes and designs for EarthLink Search, PeoplePC and optimized versions of our main portal.
2005: Created an inline edit prototype for our portal and a widget collapse feature that eventually made its way into production. Added a 'Video Player' feature to our portal that supported QuickTime, Window's Media and Real-Player. Implemented Omniture tracking for data gathering related to our user's interactions with our sites. Assisted with the regular maintenance of EarthLink Search.
2003-2004: Migrated our JSP-based portal and channel properties to Velocity. Rewrote 90% of the portal's markup and CSS to support a semantic approach to its design. Handled markup duties for the majority of our channel properties such as Movies, News and Finance. Added a "My Theaters" feature that pioneered a use of iframe-based remote scripting on the portal.
2000-2002: Handled markup duties and maintenance for EarthLink's WWW site and portal. Assisted with development implementations of new architectures including our migration to a JSP-based portal.
